The pistachios, hazel nuts or almonds which compose the savouring-pastes “LIGNE
TRABLIT”
are rigorously selected, torrefied and laminated with an extreme care.
The caramel paste requires selected sugars which are caramelized
exactly to the right point for optimal savours without bitterness. The
coffee paste, with over 65 % of dry matter, is ideally strong for the
chocolate makers.
